773pub ("we," "us," "our," "Company") is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through the 773pub Platform at https://773pub.org. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, 773pub processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity — processing required to perform the contract established when you create a 773pub account (account management, payment processing, game delivery).
• Legal obligation — processing required to comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions, AMLA reporting requirements, NPC data governance rules, and other applicable Philippine law.
• Legitimate interests — processing for fraud detection, security monitoring, and platform analytics, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Consent — processing for marketing communications and optional features, where you have provided explicit, informed consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

773pub does not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary:

• Payment processors: GCash (Mynt), PayMaya (PayMongo/Voyager), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven payment partners — to process deposits and withdrawals. These processors are bound by their own privacy policies and PCI DSS compliance.
• Game software providers: JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Habanero, and other certified providers receive session-level data necessary to deliver their games. Providers do not receive full identity data.
• KYC & AML service providers: Third-party identity verification platforms used to process government ID checks. All providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and DPA-compliant data processing agreements.

• Account & identity data: For the duration of your account, plus 5 years after account closure — as required by PAGCOR and AMLA regulations.
• Financial transaction records: Minimum 5 years from the date of each transaction, in line with AMLA requirements.
• KYC documents: 5 years following account closure or last transaction, whichever is later.
• Gaming history: 3 years, or longer where required for dispute resolution or regulatory audit.
• Support communications: 2 years from the date of the last communication.
• Marketing preferences: Until you withdraw consent or close your account.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, 773pub securely destroys or anonymises your personal data in a manner that prevents reconstruction.

773pub implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• TLS 1.2/1.3 encryption for all data transmitted between your device and 773pub servers.
• AES-256 encryption for personal data stored at rest.
• Bcrypt hashing for all account passwords — plain-text passwords are never stored.
• Multi-factor authentication (OTP) for player account logins and internal staff system access.
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis.
• Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments by qualified security professionals.
• Intrusion detection systems and real-time security monitoring.

773pub's Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above, as required under Philippine gaming regulations. 773pub does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, we will immediately suspend the account, delete the associated data, and return any deposited funds to the payment source used.
